Adult Discipleship

With the promise of His presence and under His authority,

Jesus commands the church to be about making disciples.

We take Jesus' commands seriously and we trust in His promises and His authority completely.

So how do we make disciples who make disciples?

Gathering together for worship on Sunday morning is a great first step.

But we need more...

Men's and Women's Ministries

Clay: Women Molded by the Potter

Clay is a women's Bible study/fellowship group that meets on alternating Tuesdays during the school year. Join them as they go through Tim Keller's, "The Reason for God" video series.

Clay began again on Tuesday, March 2. Each week Clay meets, there will be a morning session at 9:30am and an evening session that will begin at 6:30pm. Please check the online church calendar for the date of their next session.

Ladies can social distance as they meet together in Rachel Fincham's large living room (817 River St). Children are welcome to come play, but moms will be responsible for watching their own children.

Please Note: If the IF-A Schools are 2 hours late or cancelled, Clay will not meet.

Shine Bible Study for Women

All women are invited to join others in Shine to study the book of

1 Peter and see how the presence of hope in the midst of suffering is shown all throughout this book of the Bible.

The Shine Women's Bible Study meets on alternating Thursdays during the school year from 9:30-11:00am. Please check the online church calendar for the date of the next time Shine meets. For this session, the group will social distance and they ask that you please wear a mask, as well. Sorry, no childcare is available.

Please Note: If the IF-A Schools are 2 hours late or cancelled, Shine will not meet.

Men's Ministry

Men's Discipleship Groups, small groups of 2-3 men, are now meeting regularly. If you would like to join a group, please contact Pastor Jeremy.

Life Groups

Because we believe that people grow when they are connected to God's Word and God's people, our goal is to have every adult in our church family involved in a Life Group. Our groups typically meet weekly with their study being connected to Sunday mornings sermon. The goal of life groups is to establish life-changing relationships and grow toward maturity in Christ together.

For more information about when groups meet or to learn a little about the leaders, click here. Some of our Life Groups take a break during the spring and summer or meet less regularly. Please contact the church office for more information about joining a group.

Sunday School

Usually, we have classes available for adults during the Sunday School hour (9:00am on Sundays). Because we are following social distancing guidelines when we gather on Sundays, we are short on space for gathering in our building and adult classes are not currently meeting. Once the restrictions are lifted, we will update this information with the classes available.

Free Church 101

Want to learn more about what we believe and why we believe it?  Interested in becoming a member of Iowa Falls Evangelical Free Church?  We typically offer this class during the Sunday School hour once/year.  Send an email to Pastor Jeremy Nelson for more information.
